节能降耗是提高企业经济效益,增强企业竞争力的重要措施。针对Corex煤气炉顶压力很高而煤气压差主要由煤气洗涤装置承担导致能量白白损失的情况,引入高炉煤气余压透平发电(TRT)技术。结合具体工程,克服Corex炉煤气流量波动大、瞬间冲压力强等难题,阐述Corex炉中采用TRT运行控制TRT入口煤气压力和发电负荷的控制系统的方式特点,以及系统的运行情况和实际效果。此首次使用Corex炉煤气的TRT系统为Corex炉正常运行提供了有利条件,运行至今产生了良好的经济效益。
Energy saving is to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises an important measure. For Corex gas stove top pressure is very high and the gas pressure difference is mainly caused by the gas scrubbing device to assume the loss of energy, the introduction of blast furnace gas pressure turbine power generation (TRT) technology. Combining with the specific project, overcoming the difficult problems of Corex furnace gas flow fluctuating rapidly and instant stamping force, the characteristics of the control system with TRT operation control TRT inlet gas pressure and power generation load in Corex furnace were expounded, as well as the system operation and the actual results. This first-time use of the Corex gas TRT system provides a favorable condition for the normal operation of the Corex furnace, which has yielded good economic returns to date.
