在高职院校的发展中,人才已成为重要的制约因素,因此,要加强人才引进工作,才能有效提高高职院校在同行业当中的竞争力。为实现引进高层次人才的目标,本文研究目前高职院校人才引进方面出现的问题,找出有效的解决方法,比如可以通过完善人才引进过程、更新人才引进观念、提高高职院校对人才的吸引力、满足人才的个人需求等,促进高职院校高层次人才引进机制的完善,使高职院校可以充实人才队伍,提高发展速度。
Talent has become an important constraint in the development of higher vocational colleges. Therefore, in order to enhance the introduction of qualified personnel, we can effectively improve the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges in the same industry. In order to realize the goal of introducing high-level talents, this paper studies the problems in the current introduction of talents in higher vocational colleges and finds effective solutions. For example, we can improve the introduction of talents, To meet the individual needs of qualified personnel and promote the improvement of high-level talent introduction mechanism in higher vocational colleges so that higher vocational colleges can enrich the talent team and increase the speed of development.
