为研究风量对煤自燃低温氧化产物的影响,采用程序升温的方法将煤温控制在恒温条件下,分析了不同风量对煤氧化产生的气体浓度和产生率的影响变化规律。根据CO增长率得出了不同风量下煤的临界温度。实验结果表明:CO气体浓度和产生率与煤温呈指数关系;煤温一定时,CO、CO_2气体浓度随供风量的减小而增大,而CO、CO_2气体产生率随着风量的增加先增加后减小;此外,煤的临界温度不受风量的影响而发生变化。
In order to study the influence of air volume on low temperature oxidation products of spontaneous combustion of coal, the influence of different air volume on gas concentration and generation rate of coal oxidation was analyzed under the condition of constant temperature by using programmed temperature control. According to the growth rate of CO, the critical temperature of coal under different air volume is obtained. The experimental results show that the CO concentration and the production rate are exponential to the coal temperature.
