目的了解密云地区职业性噪声暴露人员的听力状况及防治措施。方法选择8h等效连续噪声暴露人员,运用横断面调查方法,由经过培训合格的人员进行问卷调查和纯音听力检查。结果排除非噪声致听力损失者91人,有效调查2127人,职业性噪声聋15人,占0.71%(15/2127),男13人,女2人。其中,轻度聋11人,占73.33%(11/15);中度聋4人,占26.67%(4/15);重度聋未检出。85%以上噪声性聋检出均为工龄长于5a的作业人员。结论密云地区职业性噪声暴露人员噪声性聋检出率较高,提示对职业性噪声暴露工人进行听力调查,有利于针对性采取健康管理措施,减少听力损失的发生、发展。
Objective To understand the hearing conditions and preventive measures of occupational noise exposure in Miyun area. Methods Eight-hour equivalent continuous noise exposure was selected. A cross-sectional survey method was used to conduct questionnaires and pure tone hearing tests by trained personnel. Results exclude hearing loss caused by non-noise 91 people, effective survey 2127 people, occupational noise deaf 15, accounting for 0.71% (15/2127), 13 males and 2 females. Among them, mild deafness 11, accounting for 73.33% (11/15); moderate deaf 4, accounting for 26.67% (4/15); severe deaf was not detected. More than 85% of noise-induced deafness were detected for workers who worked longer than 5 years. Conclusions The detection rate of noise-induced deafness among occupational noise exposure workers in Miyun is high, which indicates that audition investigation is conducted on workers with occupational noise exposure, which is conducive to targeted health management measures to reduce the occurrence and development of hearing loss.
