选健康SD雄性大鼠40只,根据血清总胆固醇(TCH)含量和体重随机分为4组,分别设对照组和LD、MD、HD剂量组,给予蒸馏水和0.38、0.75、1.5g/kg·bw的螺旋藻胶囊灌胃,同时给予高脂饲料。14、28d时,测定血清甘油三酯(TG)、患胆固醇(TCH)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL─C)含量,并用spss/p+统计软件作方差分析显示:LD、MD组动物的血清甘油三酯(TG)和MD、HD组动物的血清总胆固醇(TCH)显著降低(P<0.05),且HD组动物的血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值(HDL─C/TCH)显著升高(P<0.05)。结果表明:一定剂量的螺旋藻具有调节大鼠血脂的作用。
Forty healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups according to serum total cholesterol (TCH) content and body weight. Control group and LD, MD, HD dose group were given, and distilled water and 0.38, 0.75, 1 were given. The 5 g/kg bw spirulina capsules were intragastrically administered and high-fat diets were given at the same time. On the 14th and 28th days, serum triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TCH) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were measured, and analysis of variance using spss/p+ statistical software showed: serum of animals in LD and MD groups. Serum total cholesterol (TCH) was significantly lower in triglyceride (TG) and MD, HD animals (P<0.05), and the ratio of serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol to total cholesterol in HD animals (HDL-C/ TCH) was significantly elevated (P<0.05). The results showed that a certain dose of Spirulina has the effect of regulating blood lipids in rats.
