提出了一种新型的射流方式并应用于破岩领域,建立了腔室内的动力学方程并求解,分析了射流的流场特性和岩石表面及内部所受应力分布,计算了在电液压脉冲气溶性射流作用下岩石破碎坑的特性。结果表明:射流发生器腔室内压力随时间的变化呈双峰特性,该射流破岩的最佳喷距为10~25 mm,岩石表面所受的最大应力为2 000 MPa,岩石内部应力由冲击点由表及内呈梯度式降低。
A new type of jetting method is proposed and applied to the rock breaking area. The dynamic equation in the chamber is established and solved. The jet flow field characteristics and the stress distribution on the rock surface and in the rock are analyzed. Characteristics of rock breaking pit under soluble jet.
