胞饮突在肾虚-内膜容受障碍大鼠子宫内膜的表达变化

目的:建立肾虚-内膜容受障碍病证结合大鼠模型,动态观察胞饮突在大鼠不同生理阶段的表达。方法:雌性SD大鼠随机分为模型组和正常对照组,每组40只。以羟基脲造肾虚证大鼠模型,比较模型大鼠和正常大鼠各动情周期及妊娠第1~4天内膜胞饮突表达及妊娠第1~4天雌孕激素水平。结果:正常对照组大鼠在动情期已经可以见到较明显的胞饮突样结构,未妊娠大鼠动情后期的胞饮突形态较动情期萎缩,有消退迹象,静止期大鼠胞饮突完全消退;妊娠大鼠妊娠第1天即可见到胞饮突表达,从胞饮突的数量、形态、分布上来看,均较动情期成熟,妊娠第2天胞饮突表达达到顶峰状态,即为成熟胞饮突,妊娠第3天开始,胞饮突即成将消退状态。模型组大鼠相同生理周期胞饮突表达量较正常对照组明显减少,形态亦欠饱满,且其出现及消退的时间均较正常对照组大鼠滞后。胞饮突表达最丰富为妊娠第2天,随后即成消退状态。妊娠后,与模型组比较,妊娠第1天和妊娠第3天,正常对照组的血清P含量明显较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大鼠胚胎着床期可能为妊娠第2天;内膜胞饮突表达不良是肾虚证在子宫内膜局部的微观表现。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a rat model of kidney-endometrial receptivity syndrome and to observe dynamically the expression of the pinopodes in different physiological stages of rats. Methods: Female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into model group and normal control group, 40 rats in each group. Compared with the normal control group, the expression of the same physiological periodical diplopia in the model group was significantly reduced, the morphology was also less full, and the appearance and the regression time were lagged compared with the normal control group rats. The most abundant podocyte expression for the first two days of pregnancy, and then became subsided state. After pregnancy, compared with the model group, the serum P level in the normal control group was significantly higher on the first day of gestation and on the third day of gestation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implantation of rat embryos may be on the 2nd day of pregnancy. The poor expression of endometriosis is the microscopic manifestation of the kidney deficiency syndrome in the endometrium.
