目的 :探讨茯苓生脉饮含药血清对自由基损伤的海马神经元的保护作用。方法 :在细胞培养的第 6d加入黄嘌呤 (XO -HPX)体系产生超氧阴离子自由基 (O2 )成为衰老模型 ,观察培养的神经元形态结构的变化 ,并经尼氏染色 ,通过计算机图象分析 ,在细胞培养的第 2、4、8d测量尼氏小体的积分光度值。结果 :加入XO -HPX体系造模后 ,海马神经元突触、胞体长径和细胞存活数均有不同程度的减少 ;尼氏染色后经计算机图象分析 ,在不同时相测得茯苓生脉饮组尼氏小体积分光度值均高于空白对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :茯苓生脉饮能有效地清除自由基 ,促进细胞内蛋白质的合成
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Qishengyin containing drug serum on free radical-damaged hippocampal neurons. METHODS: The xanthine (XO-HPX) system was added on the 6th day of cell culture to generate superoxide anion (O2) as an aging model. Changes in the morphological structure of cultured neurons were observed and stained by Nissl, through a computer image. For analysis, integrated photometric values of Nissl bodies were measured at 2, 4 and 8 days of cell culture. RESULTS: After the model was established with XO-HPX system, the synapse, cell body length, and cell survival number in hippocampal neurons all decreased to varying degrees; after Nissl staining, computer image analysis was performed, and the neonate was measured at different phases. The Nissl’s small volume spectrophotometric value was higher in the drinking group than in the blank control group (P <0 01). Conclusion : Qi Sheng Mai Decoction can effectively scavenge free radicals and promote the synthesis of intracellular proteins
