为检测人抗猪胰岛细胞天然抗体的同种型 ,采取 18份胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (IDDM)患者血清及 2 0份正常人血清分别与杂种猪胰腺组织的冰冻切片孵化后 ,再用免疫荧光标记的羊抗人 Ig G、Ig M单克隆抗体染色。 8份 IDDM血清和 8份正常人血清中含有直接针对猪胰岛细胞的 Ig G型抗体 ;4份 IDDM血清和 6份正常人血清中含有 Ig M型抗猪胰岛细胞抗体。结果表明 :人抗猪胰岛细胞天然抗体的同种型是 Ig G和 Ig M型抗体
To detect the isotype of human anti-porcine islet natural antibody, 18 serums from patients with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) and 20 normal human sera were incubated with frozen sections of pancreas tissues of hybrid pigs and then immunofluorescently labeled Goat anti-human Ig G, Ig M monoclonal antibody staining. Eight IDDM sera and eight normal human sera contained Ig G-type antibodies directed against porcine islet cells; four IDDM sera and six normal human sera contained Ig M anti-porcine islet cell antibodies. The results showed that the isotypes of natural antibodies against human porcine islet cells are Ig G and Ig M antibodies
