为提高溶解氧浓度(DO)自动控制的实时性与稳定性,根据污水处理过程中溶解氧浓度控制和模糊控制的相关原理,设计并实现了基于FPGA的溶解氧模糊控制器。该设计基于QuartusII9.1开发平台,结合FPGA实时性强和稳定性高的特点,使用VHDL语言,运用查表法的思想,并利用Matlab模糊控制工具箱计算出溶解氧模糊控制表。仿真结果表明,该模糊控制器能够实现对溶解氧浓度的实时控制。
In order to improve the real-time property and stability of automatic control of dissolved oxygen concentration (DO), a dissolved oxygen fuzzy controller based on FPGA was designed and implemented according to the principles of dissolved oxygen concentration control and fuzzy control in wastewater treatment. The design based on QuartusII9.1 development platform, combined with FPGA real-time and high stability characteristics, the use of VHDL language, the use of the idea of look-up table, and use Matlab fuzzy control toolbox to calculate dissolved oxygen fuzzy control table. Simulation results show that the fuzzy controller can achieve real-time control of dissolved oxygen concentration.
