1 前言 PROM市场追寻扩大的一条道路,正在广泛的领域里使用。FAMOS型以POS、微型计算机等低速的控制器为中心,双极型在微程序、高速控制器、小型计算机、I/O控制器、POS终端等领域内应用。虽然,PROM的写入方式是各种各样的,但是,这里介绍的ROM程序(T-310/27),由于各种功能板的更换,表1中任何一种PROM的写入都是可能的(参考照片1~3)。本文就FAMOS中最有名的英特尔公司制造的1702 A的写入方法和问题加以叙述。
