为了加强塔里木河水资源管理,至2005年在塔里木河干流中上游河段修建了大规模输水堤防、生态闸和护岸等工程,为了评估工程建成后对河道水沙运动的影响,采用1990年以来的实测水文泥沙资料,对堤防建成前后的来水来沙特性、河道输水输沙特性、泥沙冲淤规律等进行了系统的分析和研究,建立了河道输水输沙关系,估算了河道泥沙冲淤及沿程分布。综合工程实施后,塔河干流主要控制断面的水资源量基本达到了规划目标,提高了河道输水输沙协调性,增强了英巴扎-乌斯满河段输沙能力,在一定程度上改变了该河段的泥沙冲淤规律。分析了目前塔河管理中尚存在的问题,提出了改进建议。
