麻痹性垂直性斜视较少见,一旦于临床上发现后,可因其他肌肉继发性收缩和抑制性麻痹致使复杂的复视症状,影响诊断与治疗。最近作者遇到一例右下斜肌部分性麻痹,合并右上斜肌继发性收缩,特报告于下,请诸位指正。病例报告患者,男性,22岁,已婚,银行职员,山西省稷山人,于1957年5月13日入院(住院号25952),主诉头歪已九年,复视二年。入院前十年,病人12岁在学校玩单杠时,从上跌倒于地,立时呼吸困难,但无出血、昏迷、眼肿、也无头颈疼痛等症状。呼吸困难
