采用Ｌｉｃｈｒｏｓｏｒｂ５ＲＰ－１８柱，甲醇－水－冰乙酸（６５：３５：５）为流动相，３３２ｎｍ检测，建立了ＨＰＬＣ测定芫花中芫花素含量的方法，加样回收率为９５．４６％，ＲＳＤ为１．１５％，测得芫花中芫花素的含量为０．１５５５％。
The method for the determination of lysoside in Flos Sophorae by HPLC was established with Lichrosorb 5RP-18 column, methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (65:35:5) as mobile phase and detected at 332nm. The recovery rate of sample was 95.46%. The RSD was 1.15%, and the content of geranium in the floret was measured as 0.1555%.
