灰黄霉素为抗生素类药品,临床上广泛用于治疗头癣,叠瓦癣及手足甲癣等体表的真菌感染。目前用于灰黄霉素胶囊含量测定的方法均为HPLC法,需大型精密仪器(HPLC仪)。本文作者使用旋光法测定灰黄霉素胶囊的含量,方法简单实用,不需特殊的设备,结果满意,适合于广大基层单位使用。 1 仪器与试剂 WZZ—1S数字自动旋光仪(上海物理光学仪器厂),测定用旋光管(5cm);岛津LC—10A高效液相色谱系列,色谱柱为μBondapak C18(300×4.6mmsd)。
Griseofulvin antibiotics drugs, clinically widely used for the treatment of tinea capitis, Shuanwa ringworm and hand foot foot onychomycosis and other surface fungal infections.
