目的:优选益宫胶囊的最佳辅料与成型工艺。方法:以临界相对湿度、吸湿曲线、休止角等微粉学数据为考察筛选指标。结果:以加入PH102型微晶纤维素混匀制备的粉末最佳,生产车间及储存环境的相对湿度应小于64%。结论:该工艺简便可行,为益宫胶囊提供了抗吸湿性较好的成型工艺条件。
Objective: To optimize the best adjuvant Yi Yi Capsule and forming process. Methods: Microdiversity data such as critical relative humidity, hygroscopic curve and angle of repose were selected as screening criteria. Results: The powder prepared by mixing PH102 microcrystalline cellulose was the best, the relative humidity in the workshop and storage environment should be less than 64%. Conclusion: The process is simple and feasible, which provides Yigong capsule with better anti-hygroscopic molding process conditions.
