在高温真空钎焊炉中对汽车用三元催化净化器金属蜂窝载体进行真空钎焊,设备使用较短时间内,炉胆钼屏出现变形、开裂失效现象。对开裂的高温真空钎焊炉钼屏进行了使用前后的形貌对比及化学成分分析。结果表明,钼屏加速变形、开裂的原因是镍基钎料在钼屏表面的沉积,沉积物改变了钼屏表面的组织成分并带来钼屏物理性能的改变。据此提出高温真空钎焊炉炉胆钼屏的设计要点。
In the high-temperature vacuum brazing furnace, a three-way catalytic purifier metal honeycomb carrier for automobile is vacuum brazed. When the equipment is used for a short time, the molybdenum screen of the furnace has deformation and cracking failure phenomenon. On the cracking of high temperature vacuum brazing furnace molybdenum screen were used before and after the morphology contrast and chemical composition analysis. The results show that the reason for the accelerated deformation and cracking of the molybdenum screen is that the nickel-based solder deposits on the surface of the molybdenum screen. The deposit changes the microstructure of the molybdenum screen surface and changes the physical properties of the molybdenum screen. Based on this, the design points of high-temperature vacuum brazing furnace gallium molybdenum screen are proposed.
