目的:通过对附子膨大充实期干物质及有效成分积累规律研究,为附子适宜采收期的确定提供依据。方法:定期采样,测定附子的鲜重、干重、折干率;滴定法检测生物碱含量;HPLC法同时测定3种双酯型生物碱新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量。结果:在膨大充实期内,附子生长分为快速增长期、稳定期、衰减期三个阶段;生物碱的含量在一定范围波动,新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量增长缓慢;生物碱总量、新乌头碱总量、乌头碱总量、次乌头碱总量在4月下旬至6月中旬随着块根增大呈现快速增长,于6月下旬趋于平稳,7月上旬后因处于高温高湿季节,地下块根逐渐腐烂而下降。结论:6月下旬至7月上旬,江油附子正处于产量与有效成分含量的最高和稳定期,为适宜采收期。
OBJECTIVE: To study the regularity of accumulation of dry matter and effective components during the enlargement of aconite, so as to provide the basis for determining the suitable harvest period of aconite. Methods: Samples were taken periodically to determine the fresh weight, dry weight and dry weight of the aconite; the content of alkaloids was determined by titration; HPLC method was used to determine the contents of three kinds of di-ester alkaloids, aconitine, aconitine and subaconitine. content. Results: During the enlargement and enrichment period, the growth of Aconite was divided into three stages: rapid growth phase, stable phase, and decay phase; the content of alkaloids fluctuate within a certain range, and the content of neoaconine, aconitine, and hypaconitine increased. Slow; the total amount of alkaloids, total amount of new aconitine, total amount of aconitine, and subaconitine showed rapid growth with increasing root mass from late April to mid-June, and tended to be stable in late June. In early July, due to the high temperature and high humidity season, underground roots gradually rotted and declined. Conclusion: From late June to early July, Aconite Oil is in the highest and stable period of yield and active ingredient content, which is suitable for harvesting period.
