航天军工事业单位使用的劳务派遣人数在逐渐增加,相应风险也在显现。本研究以航天军工事业单位为背景,采用风险分析方法,探讨了航天军工事业单位引入劳务派遣员工的风险,并尝试制定了相应的管理措施。这个研究拓宽了劳务派遣问题的研究范围,并能够为航天军工事业单位劳务派遣用工管理的实践提供理论指导和有益思路。
The number of dispatched labor dispatched by aerospace and military institutions is gradually increasing, and corresponding risks are also appearing. Based on the background of aerospace military institutes, this study uses the risk analysis method to explore the risk of the introduction of labor dispatching workers by aerospace military institutions, and attempts to formulate corresponding management measures. This research broadens the scope of research on labor dispatch issues and provides theoretical guidance and beneficial ideas for the practice of labor dispatching labor administration in aerospace military and industrial institutions.
