利用分段喷射可以改变喷油特性,从而改善柴油机燃烧性能,降低燃油耗及烟度。改变凸轮型线实现分段喷射是可行的,而且在设计制造及投入方面都是简单易行的。本文对预喷油量的确定、凸轮廓线的选择、柱塞升程、速度、加速度的计算以及凸轮加工进行了探讨,并进行了台架对比试验。试验结果表明,在所有转速及负荷变化范围内烟度均有大幅度的改善,燃油耗也有所下降。对分段喷射的深入探讨提供参考。
The use of segmented injection can change the injection characteristics, thereby improving the combustion performance of diesel engines, reducing fuel consumption and smoke. It is feasible to change the cam profile to realize the sectional injection, and it is easy to design, manufacture and input. In this paper, the determination of pre-injection quantity, the selection of the profile of the cam, the plunger lift, the calculation of the speed, the acceleration and the machining of the cam are discussed, and the bench comparison test is carried out. Test results show that in all speed and load changes within the range of smoke have greatly improved, fuel consumption also declined. This paper provides a reference for the further study of the segmented jet.
