目的了解一种二元液体二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌性能。方法采用载体定量实验方法,对该消毒液杀菌效果进行了实验室研究。结果用含二氧化氯100 mg/L的该消毒剂水溶液对载体上大肠杆菌杀灭作用的D值为1.37 min,浓度系数为0.6582。含二氧化氯100 mg/L的该消毒剂水溶液对菌片上的大肠杆菌作用6 min,杀灭率为100%。结论该二元液体二氧化氯消毒剂对大肠杆菌杀灭效果较好。
Objective To understand the bactericidal activity of a binary liquid chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods The method of carrier quantitative experiment was used to study the bactericidal effect of the disinfectant. Results The D value of bactericidal effect of the disinfectant solution containing 100 mg / L chlorine dioxide on Escherichia coli was 1.37 min with a concentration coefficient of 0.6582. With chlorine dioxide 100 mg / L of the disinfectant aqueous solution on the E. coli bacteria 6 min, the killing rate was 100%. Conclusion The binary liquid chlorine dioxide disinfectant to kill E. coli better.
