我院采用自体唇粘膜瓣游离移植修补法治疗鼻中隔穿孔52例,手术效果良好,现报告如下: 手术方法:手术部位和供瓣区,消毒及局麻后,经前鼻孔进路,鼻翼切口或唇龈沟切口。按解剖从左边剥离中隔粘膜及骨膜后,在软骨上作一切口,分开右侧的骨膜及粘膜,随即把穿孔边缘切去1～2mm,使成新创面,分开粘-软骨膜,视其厚薄,再在口唇粘膜供瓣区,用11号刀片削取适当厚度的唇粘膜薄片,其大小可按新创面为准,以5“0”缝合线进行边对边
