利用ANSYS10.0软件对20kA底部液态阴极结构的电解槽进行温度场、电场的模拟计算,并结合计算结果设计出一种极距为10cm、半径为92cm的20kA全封闭底部液态阴极结构电解槽。该电解槽采用阳极切分方式来减轻阳极质量,且不会对电解槽的电场造成影响,同时设计钢爪+石墨的阳极固定方式,以降低阳极残极消耗。槽盖的设计可提高电解槽的电流效率,降低能耗;N2进气口的设计可防止石墨阳极侧面被氧化消耗。
Using ANSYS10.0 software to calculate the temperature field and electric field of 20kA bottom liquid cathode structure electrolyzer, and design a 20kA fully closed bottom liquid cathode structure electrolytic cell with 10cm pole and 92cm radius according to the calculation results. The electrolysis cell adopts the anode slicing method to reduce the quality of the anode and does not affect the electric field of the electrolytic cell. At the same time, the anode fixing method of the steel claw + graphite is designed to reduce the anode residual consumption. The design of the trough cover improves the current efficiency of the cell and reduces the energy consumption. The N2 air inlet is designed to prevent oxidation of the graphite anode side.
