本试验比较了常规摩擦接种与简易接种的抗性反应,结果表明,二者的抗性鉴定结果完全一致,说明简易接种法在育种上有应用价值。另外,采用简易接种法可观察到携带抗性基因的纯合体与杂合体之间的抗性反应差异,可区别抗性材料的基因型。
This experiment compared the conventional frictional inoculation with the simple inoculation of the resistance reaction, the results show that the two were completely consistent identification of resistance, indicating that the simple inoculation method has the application value in breeding. In addition, using the simple inoculation method, the difference in the resistance reaction between the homozygote and the hybrid carrying the resistance gene can be observed, and the genotype of the resistant material can be distinguished.
