20世纪末、21世纪初以来,西方经济强国逐步跨越了“地摊经济”、“垄断经济”发展阶段,搭建了强劲的“超市经济”体系。支撑这一经济形态的西方大型跨国企业,具有超强的全球产业分化整合能力、纵横捭阖的市场控制能力,牢牢把持着全球经济主导权。为应对西方强国“超市经济”的强势竞争,必须加快探索适合我国国情、具有特色的大型跨国产业集团发展模式。应以优化核心竞争力为目标,在全产业链、全价值链、全品牌文化链三个价值维度上,构建首尾衔接、立体互动、全攻全守的“魔方经济”模式,培育出具有新型全球竞争力、能够体现综合国力的大型产业集团,更好地支撑国家战略。美国GE公司曾有类似的业务组合,中航工业也已循此做出了积极的探索实践,形成新发展理念,并取得初步成效。
