为了防止矿井窒息事故的发生,设计了一种基于单片机的矿井低氧监测报警系统。该系统以PIC16单片机为主控中心,系统能够实时监测矿井内氧气浓度,并将监测到的数据通过Zigbee无线传感网技术传送到PIC16进行处理,再由连接在PIC16上的LED数码管动态显示氧气浓度。当氧气含量过低时,系统自动启动报警。通过与氧气浓度探测仪对比实验,该系统能够较准确地监测出矿井内氧气浓度,能够实现报警功能。矿井内安装此系统,可随时测量井下氧气浓度,避免矿工因氧气不足带来的安全隐患。
