研究了热成形前后船舶机械用10Cr Ni3Mo V合金的显微组织和力学性能变化。结果表明,经热成形后的10Cr Ni3Mo V合金的微观组织从外到里呈渐次变化,导致其材料的强度和硬度沿厚度方向从外到里依次增加,伸长率依次降低,结构的峰值力降低,抗冲击性能有了很大提高。10Cr Ni3Mo V合金经热成形后非常适于在船舶机械上使用。
The changes of microstructure and mechanical properties of 10Cr Ni3Mo V alloy for ship machinery before and after thermoforming were studied.
