讨论了利用用飞行时间二次离子质谱仪 ( TOF- SIMS)研究烃源岩生烃性的制样技术、碎片离子的丰度和离子的浓度的关系 ;研究了吐哈盆地中侏罗统烃源岩中矿物沥青基质 TOF-SIMS的谱图分布特征、无机和有机碎片离子峰的归属与碎片离子的构成 ,提出了烃源岩成烃性评价方法 ,并利用碎片离子特征峰参数 XAL,YOX和 ZAR来反映矿物沥青基质中脂、氧和芳香结构的组成 ,结果表明 :它们作为矿物沥青基质的成烃性指标是有意义的 ;CH5NO3 + 等含氮氧化合物碎片离子特征峰的发现 ,反映了菌类等微生物积极参与生物降解作用
The relationship between the sample ion concentration and the abundance of fragment ions using the time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometer (TOF-SIMS) to study the hydrocarbon generation of source rocks was discussed.
