为提高固化滩涂植物大米草的充分利用,本文研究了纤维素酶酶解大米草工艺。研究得出用诺维信DextrozymeDX/1.5X纤维素酶酶解大米草最佳工艺条件为:pH值4.4、温度44℃、酶用量0.2mL/g干大米草和水解时间26h。在此最佳条件下,批量试验得出大米草还原糖得率为201.7g/kg,可溶性固形物含量为273.3g/kg。
In order to improve the full utilization of the solidified tidal flat plant of rice grass, this paper studied the enzymatic hydrolysis of rice grass with cellulase. The results showed that the optimum conditions for enzymolysis of Spartina alterniflora with Dextrozyme DX / 1.5X cellulase were pH 4.4, temperature 44 ℃, enzyme dosage 0.2 mL / g dry grass and hydrolysis time 26 h. Under these optimum conditions, the yield of the reduced sugar from rice grass was 201.7g / kg and the soluble solid content was 273.3g / kg.
