我厂生产的KP702吹塑机中有一个带有混炼段螺杆(如图1所示)。这个螺杆长径比大(28:1),混炼段中的头数为z=4,导程L=160mm,齿槽深度渐变并间隔交替相反,给加工增加了困难。我们在普通的CW61100车床上,设计和安装了可换靠模板和一个铣头,并对机床传动系统和螺纹交换齿轮加以变更,使机床主轴转数为1r/8min,满足了该螺杆螺距大、加工余量大的要求,保证了加工的质量。一、靠模板
