目的:对细毡毛忍冬花蕾的化学成分进行研究。方法:综合运用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱和反相C_(18)柱色谱等多种色谱方法对其进行分离和纯化,运用核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从细毡毛忍冬花蕾提取物中分离和鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:medioresinol(Ⅰ)、pinoresinol(Ⅱ)、丁基松柏苷(Ⅲ)、5-(hydroxymethyl)furfural(Ⅳ)、绿原酸丁酯(Ⅴ)、绿原酸甲酯(Ⅵ)、槲皮素(Ⅶ)、绿原酸(Ⅷ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of honeysuckle honeysuckle flower buds. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography, preparative thin-layer chromatography and reversed-phase C_ (18) column chromatography. The compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectral data Structure. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the buds of honeysuckle honeysuckle, which are: medioresinol (Ⅰ), pinoresinol (Ⅱ), butyl coniferin (Ⅲ), 5- (hydroxymethyl) furfural Butyl chloroformate (Ⅴ), chlorogenic acid methyl ester (Ⅵ), quercetin (Ⅶ) and chlorogenic acid (Ⅷ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from this genus for the first time.
