笔者对56例慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者及33例正常(对照)者观察其尿酸化功能、血气及血肌酐、肌酐清除率变化,重点对CRF患者尿酸化功能变化进行探讨。 对象与方法 1.对象 CRF患者56例,均为我院门诊及住院患者,未行透析治疗。男36例,女20例,年龄22～72岁,平均51.1岁。原发疾病:慢性肾小球肾炎32例,慢性肾盂肾炎10例,狼疮肾炎3例,高血压病4例,糖尿病、梗阻肾病、多囊肾各2例,肾癌术后1例。对照组33例,男14例、女19例,年龄26～57
The author of 56 patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and 33 normal (control) were observed the uric acid function, blood gas and serum creatinine, creatinine clearance changes, focusing on changes in uric acid in CRF patients to explore. Subjects and methods 1. Subjects 56 patients with CRF patients were outpatients and inpatients in our hospital, without dialysis treatment. 36 males and 20 females, aged 22 to 72 years, mean 51.1 years.
