目的:研究中药杭白芷中的香豆素类成分。方法:杭白芷鲜药材用乙醇冷浸,反复正、反相硅胶柱层析及制备高效液相分离纯化,根据理化性质及其光谱数据确定化合物结构。结果:从杭白芷鲜药材中共分离鉴定了26个香豆素苷类成分,本文报道其中的7个,分别为:sec.-O-β-D-Galactopyranosyl-(R)-byakangelicin(Ⅰ)、8-O-β-D-Galactopyranosyl-xanthotoxol(Ⅱ)、7-O-β-D-Apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-peucedanol(Ⅲ)、(R)-peucedanol-7-O-β-D-Glucopyranoside(Ⅳ)、sec.-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-(R)-Oxypeucedaninhydrate(Ⅴ)、7-O-β-D-Galactopyranosyl-Scopoletin(Ⅵ)、Aesculin(Ⅶ)。结论:化合物Ⅴ为新化合物,化合物Ⅶ为首次从伞形科植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ为首次从当归属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the composition of coumarin in Chinese medicine Angelica dahurica. Methods: Fresh herbs from Hangbaizhi were digested by ethanol, repeated positive and reversed phase silica gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid phase separation and purification. The structures of compounds were determined according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS: Twenty-six coumarin glycosides were isolated and identified from fresh herbs of Hangbaizhi. Seven of them were reported in this paper, which were sec.-O-β-D-Galactopyranosyl- (R) -byakangelicin (Ⅰ) 8-O-β-D-Galactopyranosyl-xanthotoxol (Ⅱ), 7-O-β-D-Apiofuranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-Glucopyranosyl- peucedanol (Ⅲ) O-β-D-Glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), sec.-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl- (R) -Oxypeucedaninhydrate (V), 7-O-β-D-Galactopyranosyl-Scopoletin . Conclusion: Compound Ⅴ is a new compound. Compound Ⅶ was isolated from Umbelliferae for the first time. Compounds Ⅲ and Ⅳ were isolated from Angelica for the first time. Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅵ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
