CT 35钢结硬质合金由于淬火硬度高(HRC 67~72),耐磨性能好,应用范围越来越广。GT 35合金的成分见附表。GT 35合金制件采用一般的一次淬火法或分级淬火法均有其不足之处。如果制件形状较复杂、多孔或截面尺寸稍大时,采用一次淬火直接淬油,往往会产生裂纹,使制件报废。采用分级淬火又须有硝盐槽,且需严防木炭等加热保护剂带入硝盐浴中,以免引起爆炸事故。
