目的:探讨内科护理采用人性化护理管理的效果。方法:选择浙江省温岭市中医院62名内科住院患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予人性化护理管理。结果:观察组对护理模式的认知能力包括概念、态度、环境、行为得分均明显高于对照组。此外,观察组护士护理质量包括操作技能、逻辑思维能力、突发事件处理、应急预判能力、护理价值观得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内科护理中采用人性化护理管理有利于提高护理人员的相关知识水平、护理操作技能,增强其责任心和主动工作的积极性,同时还可提高患者对疾病的认知能力,从而提高护理质量。
Objective: To explore the effect of humanized nursing management in medical nursing. Methods: Sixty-two inpatients from Wenling Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhejiang Province were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management and the observation group was given humanized nursing management. Results: The cognition ability of observation group on nursing model including concept, attitude, environment and behavior score were significantly higher than that of control group. In addition, the nurses’ quality of care in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), including operation skills, logical thinking ability, emergency handling, emergency response ability and nursing value. Conclusion: The use of humanized nursing management in medical nursing helps to improve the nursing staff’s knowledge level, nursing skills, enhance their sense of responsibility and active work, as well as improve their cognitive ability to improve the quality of nursing .
