本文提出一种简单,快速测定白喉类毒素和白喉抗毒素的伏安免疫法。在NaCl-Na_2B_4O_7支持电介质中,用电活性镉离子(Cd~(2+))标记的白喉类毒素抗原(Ag)的络合物[Ag-Cd]~(2+)在示波极谱仪上的导数还原峰为-670mv(vsS C E)其峰电流直接与白喉类毒素浓度有正比关系,可定量检测白喉类毒素,检测下限5μgml~(-1),其峰电流的降低值与白喉抗毒素浓度有正比关系。可定量检测白喉抗毒素抗体水平,检测下限1×10~(-4)IUml~(-1)。
This article presents a simple and rapid determination of diphtheria toxoid and diphtheria antitoxin voltammetry. Among NaCl-Na 2 B 4 O 7 supported dielectrics, the complex of diphtheria toxoid (Ag) [Ag-Cd] 2+ labeled with electroactive cadmium ion (Cd 2+) The peak current was -670mv (vsS CE). The peak current was directly proportional to the concentration of diphtheria toxoid. Diphtheria toxoid could be quantitatively detected with the detection limit of 5μgml -1. The decrease of peak current correlated with diphtheria toxoid Concentration has a direct relationship. Diphtheria anti-toxin antibody levels can be quantitatively detected with a detection limit of 1 × 10 ~ (-4) IUml -1.
