在游泳普修教学中 ,自由泳达标的标准是要求学生连续完成任 1 0 0 m距离游进。在教学实践当中我们发现 ,采用以往的练习方法在短时间内对于大多数学生来讲是有较大难度的。这主要是由于大多数学生在掌握自由泳技术上有许多难度 ,特别是自由泳呼吸技术是学生掌握自由泳技术的一个难点 ,这些情况造成学生不能很好的较协调的连续完成较长距离的游进。运用浮漂进行自由泳技术辅助教学 ,可以减少学生的怕水心理 ,有利于自由泳技术的学习和掌握 ,有利于提高普修学生自由泳的连续游能力
