目的:研究卷丝苣苔Corallodiscus kingianus的化学成分。方法:采用各种色谱法分离,运用多种波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:从卷丝苣苔的丙酮提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物:castanopsol(1),3β-hydroxy-9(11),12-oleanadien-28-oicacid(2),2,3,7-trihydroxy-6-oxo-1,3,5(10),7-tetraene-24-nor-frie-delane-29-oicacidmethylester(3),3-epicyclomusalenol(4),棕榈酸(5)和硬脂酸(6)。结论:化合物1~6为首次从该科植物中得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Corallodiscus kingianus. Methods: A variety of chromatographic separations were used to identify structures using a variety of spectroscopic techniques. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated and identified from acetone extracts of L. edodes: castanopsol (1), 3β-hydroxy-9 (11), 12-oleanadien-28-oicacid (2), 2,3,7- Trihydroxy-6-oxo-1,3,5(10),7-tetraene-24-nor-frie-delane-29-oicacidmethylester(3), 3-epicyclomusalenol(4), palmitic acid(5) and stearic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1-6 were obtained from this family for the first time.
