白细胞介素10（IL-10）是由多种细胞分泌的且参与多种细胞生物调节功能的细胞因子，在儿童哮喘、结核病、肺炎支原体肺炎、呼吸系统病毒和细菌感染中，通过调节其他细胞因子的作用而发挥抗炎和免疫调节的作用，从而影响着疾病的转归和预后。目前已成功研制了重组IL-10肽病毒样颗粒疫苗，通过提高体内外IL-10的生物活性来治疗IL-10不足的相关疾病。“,”Interleukin ( IL)-10 is a kind of cytokine secreted by a variety of cells and participates in a variety of cell biology regulating function .It exerts anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects by modu-lating the action of other cytokines in children with asthma,tuberculosis,pneumonia,mycoplasma pneumonia, respiratory viral and bacterial infections,thereby affecting the prognosis.At present,the restructured IL-10 peptide vaccine virus-like particles have been successfully developed,which treat some diseases due to lack of IL-10 by improving the activity IL-10 in vitro and in vivo.
