介绍了基于双目立体视觉的秧苗直立度自动测定硬件系统和软件系统组成。在移栽机试验台上 ,两摄像机经标定后获取秧苗图像 ,通过图像处理得到二值化秧苗图像 ,在二维图像空间将秧苗角度信息简化为一条直线 ,然后利用简化的两条已知直线与两摄像机参数矩阵 ,进行空间直线三维重建 ,完成秧苗直立度的测定。试验结果表明 :该方法可以获得较高的精度。
This paper introduces the hardware and software system of automatic measurement of stand uprightness based on binocular stereo vision. In the transplanter test stand, two cameras were calibrated to obtain seedling images, image processing to obtain binary image of seedlings, seedling angle information in two-dimensional image space reduced to a straight line, and then use the simplified two known straight lines And two camera parameters matrix, three-dimensional spatial reconstruction of the line to complete the determination of seedling uprightness. The experimental results show that this method can obtain higher accuracy.
