文章针对我国现行公务员考核制度的弊端及相关人士提出的解决举措,提出考核目的与内容到底是什么的疑问,并作了回答,继而在此基础上分析了自己对公务员考核结果的使用的看法,希图在理性基础上架构相互牵制的封闭性考核体系的轮廓,以敦促公务员的日常行为更加自觉地走向忠于职守、恪守职责、内在约束的有序运营。
According to the malpractices of current civil servant appraisal system in our country and the solutions proposed by related parties, the article put forward the questions about what the purpose and content of the appraisal are and answered the questions.
