在投射式LED汽车前照灯系统中,用大齿距等厚菲涅耳非球面透镜代替传统的非球面透镜作为投射透镜,可使系统轻量化、小型化,提高系统总体性能,满足更加自由的汽车造型要求。根据斯涅耳定律和费马原理,推导出了新型大齿距菲涅耳非球面透镜面型设计的一般公式,建立了面型与齿距厚度、后截距、入射光孔径角等的关系。应用Matlab和Tracepro软件,建立了实体模型。仿真结果表明:新型透镜可满足汽车前灯国标(GB4599蛳2007)的配光要求;与非球面透镜相比,新型透镜的扩光能力更好,视野范围更宽,能有效改善眩光的影响,并减少了系统尺寸,使得系统更加紧凑。
