以《天津市市政工程预算基价》为基础,建立了雨水管网建设费用模型,并在给定设计流量、起始管埋深和管长条件下,利用枚举算法,全局搜索出造价较优的5种设计方案,且这5种方案的造价分别比规划方案低了10.13%、9.47%、6.25%、5.57%、4.82%。利用SWMM模型模拟了优选方案在不同降雨重现期下的溢流情况,确定了溢流风险与暴雨重现期和管网结构之间的定量关系。结果表明,包括规划方案在内的6种方案,在除0.5年外的其他不同重现期下都存在节点溢流和管道过载情况,管道排水负荷偏高。
Based on the “Tianjin municipal project budget base price”, a rainwater pipe network construction cost model was established, and under the given design flow, initial pipe depth and pipe length, the enumeration algorithm was used to search out the optimal cost 5 kinds of design schemes, and the cost of these 5 kinds of schemes is respectively 10.13%, 9.47%, 6.25%, 5.57% and 4.82% lower than that of the plan. The SWMM model was used to simulate the overflow of the optimal scheme under different rainfall periods, and the quantitative relationship between the overflow risk and the recurrence of rainstorm and the pipe network structure was determined. The results show that there are six kinds of schemes, including planning programs, except for 0.5 years of different recurrence of node overflow and pipeline overloading conditions exist, the pipeline drainage load is high.
