在校生(指中小学生) 犯罪属于青少年犯罪,他们犯罪的特点,原因既有青少年犯罪的共性,也有其自身的个性。令人痛心的是,在校生犯罪是发生在受教育期间,因而更值得深思。 我们调查了自治区少管所的80名在校生,统计分析结果如下: (1)犯罪年级:这80名案犯中,小学四至六年级9名,占11.25％;初一21名,占26.25％;初二30名,占37.5％;初三17名,占21.25％;高一3名,占3.75％。统计数字表明,初中二年级学生犯罪的最多。
School students (primary and secondary school students) commit crimes of juvenile delinquency. The characteristics of their crimes are due to both the commonality of juvenile crimes and their own personalities. Sadly, school students commit crimes during their education, so they deserve more thought. We surveyed 80 students at the Shaoxing Institute of Education of the autonomous region. The statistical analysis results are as follows: (1) Grade of crime: Of the 80 criminals, nine were from grades four to six of primary school, accounting for 11.25%; 21 were of the first grade, accounting for 26.25%; The first two were 30, accounting for 37.5%; the third was 17th, accounting for 21.25%; the third was 3, accounting for 3.75%. Statistics show that the second grade junior high school students commit the most crimes.
