研究从天然二氧化锰焙烧物萃取Mn(Ⅲ)制活性二氧化锰方法中其它过程的操作条件,包括从天然二氧化锰焙烧物中溶出Mn(Ⅲ)和从P204萃取液中反萃取Mn(Ⅲ),以及产品二氧化锰的形成条件。结果表明:用10mol/L的H2SO4溶液能有效地从天然二氧化锰焙烧物中溶出Mn(Ⅲ);而用4mol/L的H2SO4溶液于80℃左右能有效地从P204萃取液中反萃取Mn(Ⅲ),Mn(Ⅲ)在H2SO4溶液中歧化成MnO2;产品中MnO2含量超过80%,且具有很高的活性。
The operating conditions for the other processes in the extraction of Mn (III) -activated manganese dioxide from natural manganese dioxide calcinations were studied, including the dissolution of Mn (III) from natural manganese dioxide and the recovery of Mn from the P204 extract Ⅲ), and product manganese dioxide formation conditions. The results show that Mn (Ⅲ) can be effectively eluted from natural manganese dioxide by 10mol / L H2SO4 solution; Mn (Ⅲ) can be effectively extracted from P204 extract by 4mol / L H2SO4 solution at about 80 ℃ (Ⅲ). Mn (Ⅲ) disproportionated into MnO2 in H2SO4 solution. The content of MnO2 in the product exceeded 80% and had high activity.
