Breast cancer is a hormone-dependent tumor. Its growth and development cause changes in the patient’s endocrine system. This change is particularly manifested in age. Changes in the endocrine state have an adverse effect on the immune response, thereby making it play a significant role in the development of the tumor. In recent years, the proportion of young breast cancer patients has been increasing. The authors drew particular attention to the relationship between the endocrine regulatory system and humoral immunity in young breast cancer patients. The study included 26 young people (age 28 to 35 years old) and middle-aged (36 to 45 years old) stage I-III breast cancer patients, and 50 healthy women of similar age. Methods: Fasting blood was collected on days 5 to 7 and 22 to 25 of the menstrual cycle (28 to 30 days) before treatment
