为解决排水采气工艺中喷射泵的选型和工艺参数合理匹配的问题,研究了一套喷射泵系统工作性能数位模拟方法。该方法具有三种模拟算法,能适应喷射泵在不同使用条件、工艺要求和测试手段的情况下进行工艺计算的需要。根据该方法开发出来的软件可用不同的参数作为迭代变量模拟喷射泵的工作性能,为喷射泵的选型及其工作参数的合理匹配提供理论依据。该软件可作为喷射泵技术应用中的辅助工具。
In order to solve the problem that the selection of injection pump and the process parameters in drainage and gas production process are reasonable, a digital simulation method of working performance of injection pump system was studied. This method has three kinds of simulation algorithms, which can meet the need of process calculation of jet pump under different conditions of use, process requirements and test methods. The software developed according to this method can simulate the performance of jet pump with different parameters as iterative variables to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of jet pump and the reasonable matching of its working parameters. The software serves as an assistive tool for jet pump technology applications.
