日本机械工程师协会(JSME)已发布并出版了用于核聚变设施(特别是ITER)中超导磁体结构的建造标准。该标准包括了含低温材料在内的结构材料、结构设计(考虑磁力)、制造(包括焊接和安装)、无损检验、耐压测试、环向场磁体结构的渗漏检验方面的准则。该标准涵盖了对除超导股线和绝缘子以外的超导磁体及其支承件的结构完整性、变形控制和密闭性要求。RCC-M规范于2008年12月出版了一份补遗,旨在及时反映工业发展需求和满足监管要求,并为了更好地迎合监管要求,改进了相关技术要求。除此之外,AFCEN对与PED、ESPN的一致性条件做了深入地阐述。2007年已发布RCC-MR的新版本,并更新了蠕变-疲劳定则。
Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (JSME) has published and published standards for the construction of superconducting magnet structures for nuclear fusion facilities, particularly ITER. The standard covers structural materials including cryogenic materials, structural design (considering magnetic forces), manufacturing (including welding and installation), non-destructive testing, pressure testing, and leakage field testing of field magnet structures. This standard covers the structural integrity, deformation control and containment requirements for superconducting magnets and their supports, except for superconducting strands and insulators. An addendum to the RCC-M specification was published in December 2008 to reflect the industrial development needs and regulatory requirements in a timely manner and to improve the technical requirements in order to better meet the regulatory requirements. In addition, AFCEN elaborates on the consistency with PED and ESPN. In 2007 a new version of RCC-MR was released and updated creep-fatigue rules.
