带地下室的多层建筑物基础方案选型往往决定着整个项目的土建投资成本。如遇场地地质情况复杂,地基承载力差等特殊情况时,基础成本可达结构造价的30%左右,因此基础的合理选型尤为重要。在确定基础方案时应在保证建筑物安全性的前提下,综合考虑经济指标,当地的施工水平,甲方工期的要求及现场的场地周边情况等多种因素。对此,本文通过某商业项目基础选型的分析,为其它类似工程提供参考。
Basement multi-storey building foundation program selection often determines the project’s civil investment costs.
