地方标准化技术组织是推动地方甚至国家标准化工作的重要力量,但是目前其发挥的功能和效益仍不能令各方满意。本文在对各省专业标准化技术委员会的管理模式及目标评价展开分析基础上,尝试构建出标技委的绩效评价体系,以期解决当前因主管部门对其定性考核弹性过大、激励机制难以实施等问题,对增强标技委活力、促进技标技委工作公开、公正和高效具有重大意义。,The provincial standardization technical organizations are the important forces in promoting local even national standardization work, but their function and benefit are still not satisfactory at present. Based on the analysis of the management mode and target evaluation of provincial standardization technical committees, the paper attempts to construct the performance evaluation system in order to solve the current problems, such as it is difficult to implement the incentive mechanism, the present qualitative evaluation’s elastic is too large, etc. It is of great significance to enhance the work of standardization technical committees and promote the justice and efficiency of standardization work.
